Fallon Nuit was a several hundred year old vampire and former member of the Vampire Council. He was said to be a most gifted council member and brilliant military strategist. He was the mate of the resurrected Lucrezia Borgia.

Biography

Early Life

Little to nothing is known about Nuit's life as a human. He was a 'Black Blueblood', sugar plantation owner. His tomb in New Orleans, Louisiana was made of dark gray marble and his mansion had a six pillared entrance. He is known to be the protégé of Vlad Dracula and inherited his territory and then some when the former was killed.

His accent was said to have an old world tinge as well as something southern. He would often say statements in French when speaking.

Physical appearance

• Height: 6 feet, 2 in. Head taller than Carlos Rivera who stood at 6 ft 2 in.
• Eyes: Hypnotic black eyes with a hint of sea green. 
• Hair: Black, long curls

Nuit was described as being tall, handsome man with broad shoulders and having 'cafe au lait' or caramel colored skin. He had jet-black, penetrating eyes, a regal carriage, flawless skin, thick black lashes and 'onyx curls that would shame any woman'. Additionally, his hair was described as being jet black and cascading over his shoulders. His hands were described as being finely manicured and cold to the touch.

His tongue was black and left a trail of slime on Carlos' neck when turning him. His cheek felt as if it were packed with steel. When pissed his fangs would be half as long as they were while enraged and his eyes would be gold as opposed to red.

When apprised by Carlos, he couldn't determine whether Nuit was Black or Latino, noting that he looked like a tall version of Prince. He was dressed in expensive black shoes.

Personality

Nuit was extremely arrogant which led to his failures many times. When he attempted to turn Carlos Rivera into a vampire and the Chairman intercepted his bite, he was able to convince himself that his bite was so powerful that it turned Carlos instantly.

Abilities

Nuit could disguise his appearance as a large snake, disguise his voice to sound like Carlos and could communicate with Damali Richards on the astral plane.

Territories

Nuit's territory encompassed all of the North American territory with expansion into the Caribbean. Additionally he had the Pacific Rim and Europe to the old Czech Republic including Transylvania, Moscow, Brazil and a section of East Africa. He inherited the territory of his mentor, Vlad Dracula and then continued to expand and claim more territory.

Level 3, Hell:

The door to Nuit's level 3 lair was made of massive, black marble doors. 6 dead women greeted Carlos outside the door when he first approached in The Awakening. It was left hanging by its hinges when Carlos made a move on Damali and she called his name. The lair was lit with wall torches, had a massive granite slab in the middle of the floor. The walls were made of jagged rock and the lair had rock and marble fixtures.

Minion

Fallon Nuit was imprisoned within days after abducting and turning Reverend Richards due to his activities drawing too much human attention. He was set to be tortured in the Sea of Perpetual Agony and then banished to travel Level 5, Hell and above. Due to a freak accident, he was set free early by Sarah Richards, the Reverend's wife who summoned an Amanthra Demon. He made an alliance which allowed him to store his soul on level 3 with the demons, where they protected it but didn't feed on it, while keeping it out of touch from the Vampire Council. While trying to track down the Millenium Neteru, he encountered and turned Marlene Stone's daughter Christine Stone into the Vampire Raven. During the next 20 years, he created his own music label, Blood Music and some time around 2001 - 2002 killed the region's master.

Raven went after all of Carlos' friends and allies, turning them one by one. When Carlos set a bounty on the person who killed his crew, Nuit met Carlos in person. Nuit attempted to turn Carlos, however The Chairman interceded and turned Carlos instead. Nuit didn't know this and continued to believe that Carlos was a second gen vampire.

The Awakening

Nuit continues to believe that Carlos is a second gen Vampire. When Carlos gets close to Damali and Nuit meets Carlos in the sewers, he offers him the Dominican Drug Czar's territory as a reward.

When Carlos brought Damali to his lair, he left his door hanging by hinges after she called him. He came bearing fangs and claws and was a head taller than Carlos. He offered Carlos all of South America, Africa or whatever else he wanted for bringing him Damali.

Carlos cast off Nuit's ring, Damali pinned his leg using the Isis Blade. Carlos bitch slapped Nuit for killing his brother Alejandro Rivera, ripping away Nuit's jaw in the process. Carlos then ripped off one of his arms before finishing neutering him by ripping out his fangs. Damali prayed over him, casing him to scream and smolder before planting the Isis Blade in his chest, finishing him off.

Dawn and Darkness

Fallon Nuit's essence is taken from the Sea of Perpetual Agony and used to create a chimera alongside the other members of the Vampire Council present during the apocalypse.

Trivia

• The official website listed him as being many hundreds of years old. The only clue to his age is when he claimed to be made by Dracula. The real Vlad Dracula died in 1476.
  • In the series, Dracula is said to have been beheaded by the Isis Blade while still human. So at some point after his death, he was presumably resurrected as a vampire and turned Nuit or elevated him.
• Nuit had 666 Minion under his control.
• A "number one hot button" issue for author L.A. Banks was child abuse which is why she wrote Carlos neutering Fallon Nuit into The Awakening.

• His name means The Fallen Night in French
