She was the first wife of Adam, but was banished from the Garden after making a deal with the Devil and refusing to submit to her husband. She became the Devil's wife and spawned a million demons a day until the warrior angels fought her and forcibly took away her ability to procreate. For the next millennia she stayed below on Level Seven, refusing to be involved in topside affairs.

The Forbidden

After discovering Damali's pregnancy and obtaining a DNA sample through her spittle, Lilith steals the embryo for herself, intending for it to become the Anti-Christ. As it lies dormant in her womb, she searches for Carlos to obtain some of the drug Oblivion to bring the embryo to life. At the same time, she makes a deal with Dante, meaning to double-cross him when the time is right and pit him and his father against each other. Though Lilith does obtain Oblivion, the embryo is destroyed during a battle in Philadelphia, though Lilith manages to escape before Damali is able to behead her.
