The Vampire High Council is both a location and a group. The Vampire Council are de jure, the ruling body of level 6, Hell. The Chirman or Chairwoman leads the Vampire Council and is supported by their 5 Councilmen and or Councilwomen. Master vampires on each continent report to a member of the council.

Council Entrance[edit | edit source]

The council chamber doors are 2 large doors made of a shiny black rock like marble. Each side of the doors contains a fanged set of gold/brass knockers that bite the hand and draw blood of anybody who opens the chamber doors.

Council Table[edit | edit source]

The council table is a 5-point, polished black marble table with throbbing veins that run blood to feed members of the council. Each member had a golden goblet on the table in front of them to feed as needed.

In the center of the Council Table contains a fanged crest that holds the black book denoting the names of every vampire to ever exist. The crest is a raised, ugly seal surrounded by cryptic letters that almost seem to swirl around the golden-horned, fanged deity of the crest.

Members of the council sit at high-backed onyx thrones, each bearing a different crest in gold. Sitting at a chair will fill the vampire with overwhelming sensations of power. Images, knowledge, history and languages are inserted into the vampires mind. They deliver pure, carnal pleasure as well as the knowledge on how to deliver it with a bite. A hit from his throne for the second time cause Carlos Rivera to drop 10 inches of fang, opposed to the 6 to 8 he had in the battle with Fallon Nuit.

Chambers[edit | edit source]

The jagged black granite walls had massive, iron-held torches. The council chambers didn't have a ceiling, only a swirling, angry gray mass of smoke and bats. The cloud was filled with things that went for food, bodies and anything else the council needed.

Black candles, dripping tallow were held in tall, scorched iron candelabras cast an eerie glow on the faces of the council members.

The hieroglyphics on the table, council thrones and around the crest tell the story of the original 5 vampire lines and the ones surrounding the crest tell the story of the empires founder.
