Vlad Dracula, based off the real world Vlad the Impaler was a vampire and member of the Vampire Council. He was resurrected by and the mate of the resurrected Elizabeth Bathory.

Biography

Early Life

Next to nothing is known about his life as a human, though it was said that he was beheaded by the Isis Blade while still a human, implying he was later resurrected as a vampire.

He was said to have brought fame to the region of Romania and had substantial territorial holdings which his protégé, Fallon Nuit later inherited. Though Nuit noted that his claim to those territories was in dispute.

According to the Vampire Council, topside masters are not privy to the knowledge that Vampire Huntresses are real. However, Dracula managed to catch the scent of the family that carried the recessive gene of the Neteru, which Damali Richards-Rivera's father Armand Richards carried. He seemed to know that a Neteru would be born in the past millennium, however, he perished before managing to track them down.

According to the Vampire Council, Dracula was before the time of the council which implies the council was less then 500 years old.

Personality

Dracula was described as being beyond ruthless, even denied a seat at the council table due to the likelihood of him attempting a coup. When discussing Fallon Nuit, the council said they didn't think that Dracula's madness had been passed on to his protégé.

While Dracula's body remains deceased, The Antichrist and Lucifer created a Chimera resembling The Thirteenth and used the essence of the former vamprie council, present during the apocalypse.
